Most of what I do starts with talking to people who are usually described rather than asked.
This one began with the drivers, riders and officers who spend their whole working day inside Bengaluru's traffic, which the rest of us only pass through. After 25+ interviews, focus groups and days spent at Hebbal and Bellary Road, I had far more than a report could hold, so I built the research into something you can talk to instead.
